The first initiative of its kind at lululemon, Asset Pack S/S23 was a strategically designed toolkit aimed at driving global cohesion while honoring regional nuance. Developed as a scalable solution for smaller markets, the project delivered a suite of versatile assets—anchored by a detailed playbook that provided creative and design direction to ensure consistency in tone, voice, and visual identity. The system allowed regional teams to tailor executions to local culture and context without compromising brand integrity. Hugely successful and fiscally responsible, it not only expanded the reach of central creative but also set a new standard—becoming a foundational model for lululemon’s ongoing marketing initiatives.
